Elizabeth Crehan

Elizabeth started meditation in 2001, after the events of September 11th, and soon added yoga. After practicing for 10 years, she decided to complete her 200 hour yoga teacher training in August 2012. She has been teaching vinyasa, power vinyasa, and gentle yoga/meditation since then, having been fortunate enough to teach over 4,000 hours of classes.

She is currently in the process of enriching her anatomy knowledge at Harvard Medical School, because she believes that when we understand how yoga works in our bodies, we benefit even more.

Elizabeth is also certified with Connected Warrior Trauma Sensitive Training.
