The Resilience Toolkit

Workshop series to support resilience through education and mindfulness

This summer we are excited to offer a collection of workshops that explore components crucial to grow, sustain and maintain resilience.

Each month we will dive into a new topic: “Sleep”, “The Anatomy of Stress” and “Attention Training”.

During each 90 minute workshop, participants will explore the science behind each topic, why it’s crucial to resilience and learn relevant ways to integrate these learnings into our day to day life through a blend of lecture, discussion and a mindful yoga practice.

In keeping with our mission, this resource will be offered as FREE to veterans, active duty service members and first responders, including police, fire, EMT and correction officers.

These workshops are also open to the public and may be of benefit to yoga students, teachers, healthcare workers and anyone interested in these topics for $40 per workshop or $75 for all three. Your contribution allows our nonprofit to continue our mission.

All sessions meet in person at Roots & Wings Healing Center at 317 N Main St, Natick, MA
