Join us for a 60-minute, all-levels yoga class led by Steve Cannon, USAF Veteran, inside the taproom at Medusa Brewing Co. (111 Main St, Hudson).
By rolling out your mat, you’ll be supporting Warrior Within Yoga Project, a Massachusetts-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit that brings free, trauma-informed yoga to veterans, service members, first responders, and their families. Proceeds from this event directly fund those programs—helping reduce stress, build resilience, and strengthen community connections.
Your presence also matters beyond the class. These events are designed to bridge the gap between military/first responder and civilian communities—because when we come together, everyone is stronger.
Your ticket includes:
A guided yoga session outside in Medusa’s beer garden
One Medusa beer or non-alcoholic drink after class
The chance to connect with your local community
After class, stick around for camaraderie, conversation, and tacos from Taco Gato, who will be serving onsite.
This isn’t just yoga. It’s a chance to care for yourself, support those who serve, and share a pint with friends—old and new.
